For years, I chased the same thing most men do in fitness: more size, more intensity, more time in the gym.
And it worked… until it didn’t.
I built muscle fast and I looked better on the outside. But behind the scenes, I was stiff, beat up, and burning the candle at both ends. I knew that if I kept going, something was going to break.
That’s when I realized most fitness advice is optimized for looking good online, not for building a body you can actually live in.
